Our neighborhood is truly a special place. From the land grant in 1784 that included the Rancho, to the Rancho itself in 1844, Bixby Ranch House in 1890, to the Greene & Greene house (built in 1904 and moved later to our area), a couple Paul Revere Williams homes and many other amazing and unique homes.

Your LCNA is an all-volunteer association. Donations are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law – Federal 501(c)(3) and California Non-Profit Corporation. We ask that all residents become paid members of the LCNA to help pay for the operating expenses.
